An approval permit incorporating a refundable bond (to cover
potential parkland damage) is required for all temporary access to residential
or private property through Council controlled parkland for matters such as:
• fence construction
• swimming pool installation
• property landscaping
• removal of boat or vehicle from property
Where any capital improvement activities (such as house or building renovations)
are required, a fee will apply in addition to a refundable bond. Note: approval
will not be granted on a regular basis for the storage and removal of trailers,
boats, caravans and campers.
Please read the enclosed terms and conditions prior to completing the
application form to ensure correct form is being submitted, appropriate
information is provided and you are aware of any bonds, permits and/or
conditions that may apply to your usage. A minimum of ten (10) working days is
required for processing park usage applications. All details must be completed
in order for the application to be processed. Applications for ‘major’ works
should not be submitted on this form (refer to Park Usage Guidelines for
appropriate application process).
